World Soil Information Services (WoSIS) latest version with R

The World Soil Information Service (WoSIS) aims to serve the user with a selection of standardised and ultimately harmonised soil profile data. The quality-assessed data may be used to underpin digital soil mapping and a range of global assessments.

This tutorial shows how to access World Soil Information Service (WoSIS) “Latest” data from R. The “Latest” dynamic dataset contains the most recent version of standardised soil data served from WoSIS. Being dynamic, the dataset will grow once new point data are standardised.
